The room was immaculate, with a lovely view and a comfortable bed. The shower pressure was a bit low. Lynne's breakfast was excellent, and I really appreciated her sharing her scone recipe.

The honest truth about this
The owners' warmth and willingness to cater to every meal request were amazing. The breakfast was a feast.
The shower pressure could use improvement , making it less enjoyable than it could be.

Beautiful hotel, attentive staff, magnificent location to the highlands. Central heating, multi-channel television, and a dining area in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Great choice of tea, butter, oatmeal, pastries, and pancakes at breakfast. Private parking onsite provided. The quiet feel of the venue.

My spotless and well-appointed room had a spotlessly clean bathroom. The bed was very comfy with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. This was a particularly good location just off the next pub or downtown. Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I will be returning here soon.

Rob and Lynne offered such warm hospitality. They welcomed me with genuine kindness. The room felt bright and airy, with a lovely view of the garden. It was impeccably clean and had a cozy bed. Breakfast was a highlight. Every morning brought delicious, freshly made dishes. The homemade scones were irresistible. They provided helpful tips for exploring Edinburgh. Only issue was the shower pressure. It could use a boost for comfort. The location, while a bit out of the city center, provided a peaceful escape, with a bus stop just steps away.

Perfect for a cozy getaway
Had a marvelous breakfast with fresh scones and pancakes every morning that just melted in my mouth,, it was like being at home. The hosts were super helpful, giving us tips on where to go and helping us with our luggage, totally.
Sure, it wasn't the cheapest stay, but honestly, it was worth every penny.
